If you are interested, please fill in the form and send it to medipay. medipay will then contact you and handle all the processing and correspondence. With the credit approval you will receive the medipay confirmation form. If this form is completed by you and your practitioner and signed by medipay after the payment obligation has been fulfilled, the approved amount will be released for payment.
WHO CAN MEDIPAY USE?
In principle, the medipay partial payment is open to all persons who have their first residence in Germany, are employed or retired and have a freely available income. If this is not the case, for example with pupils/students/apprentices or also with non-working persons, an alternative borrower is required, e. g. a working parent, partner or spouse.
